Novantis does not guarantee delivery times, transit performance, customs clearance outcomes, or the availability of any third-party provider. All quotes and estimates are subject to third-party provider acceptance, final rates, and applicable requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting requests, including cargo descriptions, weights, dimensions, values, and any restricted, regulated, hazardous, or special-handling requirements.

Limitation of Liability
